SBA Communications is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the United States. SBA generates revenue from two primary businesses - Site Leasing and Site Development Services.

In our Site Leasing business, we lease antenna space on towers and other structures that SBA owns or manages. The towers we own have either been built by us at the request of a wireless carrier or built or acquired based on our own initiative.

Our Site Development Services division provides all site acquisition and zoning/permitting services necessary to identify and construct multi-tenant wireless facilities. We also specialize in the construction and installation of communication infrastructure for Cellular, PCS, CLEC and fixed/mobile broadband based networks. SBA also provides a broad range of cell site equipment installation, optimization and integration services.
